“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (Jn 3:16). Lord Jesus, I come to you in humble trust and yield my life to you. I surrender all to you; my health, family, resources, occupation, skills, successes and failures. In sickness and in health, in life and in death, I belong to you. Thank you for receiving me into your family. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
